Service Center Visit I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. The service team fixed my flat, returned the spare back in pl I always take my truck to Stingray Chevrolet but this time was due to a nail in my tire. The service team fixed my flat, returned the spare back in place and packaged up the jack and tire iron components up for me to quickly stow back in its place. Horrible first impression!!! Took my truck in for a service trailer break system error that has been an on going issue. Service manager Bruno wasn't much help with the cocky attit Took my truck in for a service trailer break system error that has been an on going issue. Service manager Bruno wasn't much help with the cocky attitude. He was more interested in pushing me to pay $800 upfront although I explained the issue and could have easily been looked at. Instead he continued to be sarcastic as if I had no clue what I was talking about. My most recent service advisor provided work documents that shows where the issues has been coming from but Bruno had no interest in being helpful. He even made the remark it's not his job to get approval from GM to handle the problem cause it's not under warranty. News flash this is a sensory issues with has to do with electrical which means I AM COVERED under warranty. Stingray I recommend retraining this man otherwise you might have more negative reviews turning people to other chevy dealers More
