Called on Thurs for appt, couldn't get one until Tues. Couldnt get an Appt until 5 days out, expecting car to be diagnosed on Tues when I took it in. Still wasn't looked at until Friday. They tried to sell me a new motor???? I had a lifter making a tapping sound on my 2010 Cadillac Escalade with 100k miles. After three days of waiting they said I needed a new motor for $92 I had a lifter making a tapping sound on my 2010 Cadillac Escalade with 100k miles. After three days of waiting they said I needed a new motor for $9200. They charged me $100 for just staring and listening to the noise. I towed it to another shop that diagnosed a bad lifter and fixed it for $1100. I expected to pay a little more to use a dealership because I thought they were qualified to fix my vehicle but unfortunately they were not. More
