Very unprofessional. Sales man called to tell me everyone wanted my truck I was trading in and that I needed to get down there. They posted my truck online before I even purchased their truck. When I went to pick up my truck, they told me it was ready. 6 hours later I was still waiting for it. Within 7 days the passenger door mirror stopped going in and out. They told me I would have to pay for it cause I didn’t have an extended warranty. Def was half empty in the diesel truck. Had a nail in the tire when I bought it but didn’t realize it till I got home. Told me I didn’t purchase their truck extended warranty for the tires, so I had to pay to get it fixed. More

Keeman was great. He was responsive, communicated well, and was just a great person to deal with. Then I dealt with Asher, who said they couldn't refund me the $445-ish they had overcharged me on the spot, and I had to wait for a refund check to be mailed to me in 30 days. So, they made the mistake, and I have to wait to get a refund...which I have yet to receive. More
