We would highly recommend Stockton Honda when purchasing your vehicle! The experience we had at Stockton Honda was exceptional. Our experience would not have been this successful without our sales represent your vehicle! The experience we had at Stockton Honda was exceptional. Our experience would not have been this successful without our sales representative Chris Fredericksen. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. From the initial inquiry about the car to purchasing the car he was fully responsive and available to assist us. His entire team did everything possible to ensure we were happy with the purchase, not to mention they never once pressured us to purchase the vehicle like other dealerships. Even after purchasing the car he was willing to help us with any issues we encountered. He spent countless time on ensuring we were comfortable driving the vehicle and answering our questions about how to operate the vehicle after we purchased it. No one with our past vehicle purchases has ever spent that much time going through the features of the vehicle as Chris did. He knows every detail you need to know about the car. He even offered for us to come back if we had any other questions about the vehicle. Everyone on Chris's team were great to work with including his Internet Sales Director, Justin Pedraza, the Sales Manager, Rodney Altes and the GM, Kyle Thompson. They did everything possible to ensure we had a positive experience as well and resolved any issues we encountered with a positive and favorable outcome for us. Not to mention these leaders are down to earth, very friendly and approachable. We have purchased many cars before from other dealerships including Honda, Mercedes, and Tesla and no other dealership provided the outstanding level of service that we received at Stockton Honda!
