Two days ago, I went to get my next car - and for this, I decided to go a tried-and-tested dealer, Stohlman Volkswagen of Tyson's Corner, from whom I got my previous VW. I knew I had to contact the same Sales Consultant who assisted me with my first purchase, Nermin Hadzihasanovic, because my first transaction with him was excellent. Consistent as before with his exemplary customer service skills, he presented me with several models in their lot, enumerated each or their features, explained their functions, and made a professional recommendation based on my needs and wants. Pricing was made easy as he was very flexible to work with my range. I am very glad that I took his advice and drove home with a really wonderful car, the 2013 Volkswagen CC. Through the process, I was happy to deal with their Business Manager, Hesham Kamal, who, coincidentally, worked with me as well on my last purchase. We went through the numbers and papers easily, with him explaining each and every one of them. It was really a great dealer experience, all made effortlessly and efficiently by their top-notch staff. Just the like the Volkswagen slogan, Nermin and Hesham display "the human power of German engineering". More

I like this dealership because they are fast, courteous and thorough. All the staff we worked with were helpful without being pushy. Whilst I think we received a reasonable price it was not obvious a great deal hence why I why marked 'Good' for price. A fantastically easy experience. Nermin Hadzihasanovic was terrific with us this weekend. He made car buying a pleasure - he is definitely an "at your service" kind of guy. I would buy a car from him anyday and would specifically request that he help me again - he made it so fun and friendly. We also had the pleasure of meeting and talking with Erik Nyhuis - Erik was a terrific compliment to Nermin - he answered all of our questions on the car's body which he knew in great detail. We have children and he knew that safety played a big part in our decision-making - he gave us new insight about the car that we were not aware of (from a safety measure) - he gave me the added confidence that I was buying a very safe car. And Hesham Kamal...who likes a financial guy...we really did like Hesham. He was terrific, fast, easy, explained all the paper work - made the process painless. He is the closer - and he helped to make the overall experience a nice experience...even down to giving my daughter the Ding xxxxxx bobblehead - a nice touch! We have been Volvo loyalists for years - and even though I believe we will continue to be one - from this weekend experience alone, I would consider a VW again - I would even consider putting my children in a VW for their first car. Outstanding through and through at all levels- sales (sales person to the sales manager to the general sales manager), financing and service (service advisor to the general manger of service). Extremel (sales person to the sales manager to the general sales manager), financing and service (service advisor to the general manger of service). Extremely respectful staff without any unwanted pressures or gimmicks. They know their cars- from the smallest detail. Pricing negotiation was absolutely easy and quick and the final pricing was the best (the lowest) for the region. Financing and other paperwork was seamless, educational and yet quick and extremely well streamlined. Very knowledgable, intuitive and warm staff. We bought two new cars (a VW and a Subaru) on a Sunday afternoon and drove both cars home in less than 2.5 hours after from the time we got there. Recommend Stohlman's at Tyson's without any reservations. More
