But Alan made it relatively painless, sticking to a price that we had hashed out over email before I walked in the showroom. He knew a lot about the car and spent time after the purchase helping me set everything up, from updating the clock to syncing my phone to the car. And he's followed up to make sure I was happy. .. Everyone at the dealership seemed friendly. My one complaint is that Alan didn't have the authority to make a deal, but was more of a go-between with the sales manager, who I never saw. The initial offer didn't match what Alan and I had originally agreed to. But, like I said, he eventually got me the price and the extras that he said he would. More

Alan gave us all the time and space we needed to make our buying decisions, handled our questions and negotiations gracefully, and was a good advocate in helping us work with managers at the dealership to get to a place where we were ready to buy. Alan made the experience as efficient as possible while also making sure to be thorough and ensure our purchasing decisions were well informed.
