Paul was fair and straightforward in arriving at a mutually agreeable price for the vehicle--much appreciated, and not at all like other dealerships I've dealt with in my years of car buying. He gave a thorough demonstration of all of the features of the car, and even helped me set up the Bluetooth pairing with my smartphone. Anson was very patient with our questions relating to how the current models differed from one another and gamely suffered three test drives back-to-back before we made our decision. Once we decided to purchase a new 2014 Legacy the remainder of the process moved smoothly along. We did not intend to purchase a new car when we rolled onto the lot that Friday afternoon, but the warmth and professionalism of Anson and the rest of the staff, convinced us that it was time for us to trade up. Work is always done when promised and I have been given a loaner car on 2 occasions when needing to leave the car over night plus was also given one when I was there with my daughter and grandson and car would be in the shop for a couple of hours so we could go to a nearby shopping area to grab some lunch.
