Zack never made me feel bad for any of my questions or concerns, or the multiple calls and texts when I remembered something later. I never felt "sold". He listened to what I wanted. And now, Im absolutely in love with my new Jetta! I'd have to say the thing I am most impressed with is the customer service individually, but also as a company as a whole. Between Zack, the service manager Josh Welch, who has been equally exceptional and incredibly prompt at getting anything and everything taken care of for me, and Sarah Powell who showed me all the fun features on my car and how to use them, I can truly say this has been the most outstanding, seamless, and fun car buying experience! Every obstacle was met head-on, as Dominic was determined to overcome anything in our way - and did! I was treated exceptionally well, the entire team (Dominic, Shane and Micah), were extremely friendly, genuinely happy for me and seemed honored to help me. Dominic went above and beyond to help me tie up some loose-ends, and truly made the impossible POSSIBLE.
