He was so patient and accommodating of us test driving several cars, even after we thought we had picked the one we wanted. 4 cars later, I found the right one. He was good natured, helpful and gracious the entire time. He took the time to lay out all of our purchasing options and provided a lot of education and valuable information. I've also never had someone go through and show me all the things the car can do, before I had to sit with the owners manual and figure things out on my own.
