The manager John, sales representative Joel and finance representative Jeanie worked with us in getting all the paper work back and forth to us expediently, even though we were almost 500 miles away. In addition, Joel drove almost 600 miles round trip to meet and deliver our new car to us at a central location, and then spent two hours to explain all features of the car, introduce us to service personnel at a convenient VW dealer and install the Bluetooth for our devices.'
