Long wait even with appointment for simple oil change. Quality of service work is good, but if you buy a vehicle there expect long waits when you use your two free oil changes at the service side. Had appointment time and still waited almost 2 hours. Service worker said the free oil changes are not made a priority compared to someone paying for repairs. I guess spending thousands of dollars purchasing a vehicle there doesn't translate over to the service department. More

Needed Service Unexpectedly Car battery went dead which in turn made the control module of my 2016 Fiesta not operate; thus though I was able to jump start the car, I could not d Car battery went dead which in turn made the control module of my 2016 Fiesta not operate; thus though I was able to jump start the car, I could not drive it. Stuckey Service fit me into their schedule, changed the battery, reset the module and was even able to change the oil and rotate the tires all that day by 3:30. Staff was very friendly and the car is running great. More
