He never pressured me into anything that I did not want or was unwilling to pay for. It was my best auto purchasing experience ever and I have purchased many cars. The overall dealership is extremely friendly, helpful, clean and I felt very comfortable and relaxed when I visited. We agreed on a price and Bill East made the entire experience very simple. This is the first time I have ever purchased a new car and did not go through "buyer's remorse." I will not hesitate to purchase another new Subaru from this dealership in the future. Great job Bill!
