Bought first Subaru Our first visit was with Don-TrelI. He had me test drive the Forester 2018. We told him that we have 3 different types of vehicles in mind. We are comparing first before buying. Don-Trell is nice and didn't say anything bad about the other 2 vehicles. He didn't pressure us on buying. I didn't get massive spam e-mail or phone calls. He only e-mail once a week. Which is a plus. 2nd visit was with Charlie. He called Don-Trell on the phone to let him know that we stop by. Don-Trell OK him to take over. I like how they respect each other and don't steel each others customer. It's a good experience for me. We get to test drive the Impreza 2018 and Forester 2017. Charlie had a lot of patient helping us. We also didn't get pressured. Charlie was very professional and friendly. He give us enough information about the vehicles.
