The first one (who shall remain nameless until I get my deposit back!) was a stressful experience. Everything seemed to be designed to frustrate/tire/confuse me. They did, however, allow me to drive the car I was interested in, but then tacked on a whole bunch of dealer costs. Subaru Superstore responded promptly to my email inquiry with an OTD quote for exactly the car I was looking for. Went in the next day, had a lovely two hours with Brian and Lynn and Christina and drove my new car home. First class service. More

Outstanding Experience This was our first time buying aSubaru or in a Subaru dealership. Eddie (Sales Rep.) greated us when we arrived and explained all we needed to know. Eddie was fantastic, no pressure and took all the time we needed. When we left we knew exactly what we wanted to buy when we were ready. We went back a week later and my wife emailed Eddie what car, model and color she wanted. When we arrived Eddie had the car ready for us. We took our son with us since he was interested in a car as well and Eddie took great care of him too. This was the best negotiation that I ever had buying a car. I usually hate this part but Eddie streamlined the process. We ended up buying two cars and the staff stayed late in order to guide us through the paperwork.
