They looked at the car we drove to the store and would be driving home in addition to the car we purchased because the tire looked flat. It is a family run business and you can tell. This was my first Subaru purchase after driving Honda's since 1986. I was specifically in the market for AWD. Subaru's history of manufacturing AWD vehicles was why I ventured into a Subaru Dealership. My sales rep. Wayne Martini could not have been better. He was friendly, knowledgeable of the Subaru product and absolutely no pressure. He is the most straight forward and honest sales representative I have ever dealt with. Once deciding to purchase a 2017 Outback 2.5I Limited, the negotiation was painless and again without pressure. Finance manager Karen Cain presented me with all the options I had in addition to purchasing the vehicle (extended warranties etc.) but never pressured. She simply informed me of each of the available options. Upon taking delivery of the car, Christine Weber spent more than an hour going over how to use all the technology Subaru vehicles have to offer. If you are in the market to purchase a Subaru, this is the dealership to come to shop and you won’t be disappointed. More

Charlie Webb spent a lengthy time with us in the Certified Pre-Owned area at the dealership examining the available vehicles, educating us on the features, and discerning our required and desired qualifications for a vehicle. He helped us identify the Forester as the vehicle meeting my wife's feature requirements for the vehicle. Charlie spent fifteen minutes with my wife explaining the features of the vehicle as she prepared for a test drive. The test drive consisted of a demonstration of the features and safety capabilities of the vehicle on highway and city driving. My wife determined this was the vehicle that exceeded her expectations. Charlie presented the pricing options for this vehicle and several comparable vehicles. His no pressure approach was appreciated because otherwise we would have walked. We decided to go home and examine our finances, discuss the different vehicles, and pray for guidance. We told Charlie we wanted to return the next day to try and complete a sale. He agreed to call us after arrangements with another customer he had previously promised to meet were complete. He called us later that night to discuss our meeting the next day. I called Charlie the next morning with a counter offer that I would bring a cashiers check to close. Charlie called back soon to say the deal was accepted and arranged a time to complete the transaction. We took our mother with us for the return visit. Charlie reviewed the documents, the documentation for the vehicle, and the Car Fax. He agreed to put my wife's alumnus license plate holder on the auto. Kent Beck guided us through the finance process. Kent was pleasant, efficient, and informative throughout the process. Charlie introduced my wife to her new car. He reviewed the features, programmed the clock, and helped us synch the blue tooth with her telephone. We left with a great car and a great experience. More

I was hoping for a successful experience, as I was about to drive 2 hours. I wanted to take a second to speak up about how GREAT Seton was as a' sales associate'..not only did he make this a different one of a kind experience, he went above and beyond for hours ( not to mention have the patience with me!) I cannot say enough THANK YOUs ! Well worth the drive back in my new Crosstrek! More

I first met him at the 2016 Phoenix Auto show where he spent a significant amount of time with me trying to answer questions about 2 Subaru models I was looking at. Because I live in Goodyear traveling to the Chandler store all the way across the city/valley to deal with Daniel was an obstacle. We did what we could over the phone but an actual visit was required for me to view certain features of the cars. The dealership subsequently opened a BEAUTIFUL, GORGEOUS new location only 15 easy miles from my home and I ended up leasing my 2017 Outback from that West Phoenix(Surprise) store. Unfortunately, Daniel will not receive any of the credit($$$) for the transaction, but he was quite responsible for making it happen and should be acknowledged to doing so. Both dealerships on opposite sides of the Phoenix metro area are GREAT and would be a pleasure to deal with for any potential customers. More

He took us on a test ride in, what is now, the vehicle we picked out and was able to answer all questions we poised to him. The dealership gave us an outstanding trade-in offer on our 2011 Forester. After the sales was completed, the rest of the team gave us a quick tour of the operation of the vehicle. We were shown all the important aspects of the vehicle and were informed that there were "classes' available for more in depth operation of all the features available. All in all our overall experience was excellent! More

He never resorted to high pressure sales techniques, He called us a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well. There are several Subaru dealers around the Valley, but we will stay with Subaru Superstore for our future maintenance. More
