Still he took the time to give us a ride, showing his quiet pride in Subaru. This was in June 2015. Several times we went back to look again, but just could not get serious. Each time Bill was gracious, low-key, fully answering our questions. We finally did a Consumer Reports car buying service report to find out what the best price could be - then talked to a few local dealerships, then made an appointment with Bill to build the Forester of our dreams. Again he was courteous, not pressing, just being encouraging and helping us to order the car we really wanted. Bill is the best sales rep we have ever dealt with, period. When the car arrived Bill was instrumental in seeing that everything was done in good time; introduced us to several of the people involved. Rex Neely was especially helpful in reviewing the car features; Karen did the best job of handling paperwork that we had ever experienced. All in all, a grea enjoyable buying experience. More

They had no issue helping me find exactly what I was looking for as well as the right purpose for the vehicle itself with the consideration that I just moved to Washington. The experience I had was both positive and professional. They were both model car sales reps that were straight up; no high pressure sales, no issues showing the vehicles, as well as having a vast knowledge of the new vehicles as well as the older model years. I would say that they are both assets that are vital to the smooth operation of the dealership as well as success of the dealership on the sales side. If you are looking at buying a car whether it is a Subaru or not I would highly recommend working with either of these gentlemen! More
