This will be my lifetime dealership I leased a 2016 Subaru Impreza this past weekend and can't say enough good things about this experience. First of all, the dealership is beautiful. I leased a 2016 Subaru Impreza this past weekend and can't say enough good things about this experience. First of all, the dealership is beautiful. The building was designed to cater to the customer and is very technologically advanced. Charlie Webb was my sales person and personally drove to Prescott to pick up my car...the last one in the state the morning of the day I purchased it. Brent Beck was the Business manager that assisted me with my purchase, very informative and friendly. Rex Neely was my Delivery Specialist and throroughly explained everything that my pretty new car does and then demonstrated all of the amenities for me. I'll be coming back to this dealership for every car purchase in my future. More
awesome Experience Subaru was the 2nd dealership we visited today 8/20 after stopping at Mazda for their "year end financing" We drove the CX-5 and asked for pricing as Subaru was the 2nd dealership we visited today 8/20 after stopping at Mazda for their "year end financing" We drove the CX-5 and asked for pricing as they had 0 down, 0 % financing, etc, we were given a monthly payment of about $488. We decided to stop at Subaru on the way home to look at the Outback and the Forrester. We were greeted by Justin who was very patient and informative. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We test drove both cars and finally decided on the Outback. Justin even drove 2 cars near each other so I could compare colors. We selected the Outback and came to find out that the dealership also had a 0% financing deal with no money out of pocket. Yes, that's right, NO MONEY out of our pocket!!!! We were amazed and repeatedly asked and were reassured by everyone involved that no out of pocket money was needed. We spent about 4-4 1/2 at the dealership and it was well worth it. We were never pressured to buy anything. Mark Harper (a genuine Green Bay Packer fan) was great as well as Pierre in financing and last but not least Rex Neely did a fabulous job with our orientation (even though he is a cowboy fan). We are first time Subaru buyers but based on our experience today I believe there will be more subarus in our future. We would refer anyone to your dealership without a second thought. Thank you and your staff for a wonderful experience (I thought before we left our house today that I would rather have had a red hot poker put in my eye). We were very impressed. More

Knowledgable and Friendly staff with no pressure to buy My husband went and visited the dealership first and meet with Jack. My husband is tall so he wanted to make sure that he had head and leg room in the cars we were looking at A week later the both of us went and Ron helped us test drive two cars. We were instead in buying a car with a stick. Ron check their stock for Forester and Impreza and said that they had neither on the lot with a stick. He checked to see if there was any in the valley for us. No Forester were available and said it would have to be order from the factory. He did find one Impreza at a different dealership in the valley and advised us what we would have to do to have the car sent to his location. We already been to three dealership before Subaru on this day and decided we needed to go home and talk it over and would be in touch with them. Next day we went back to dealership and asked them to write up the numbers for both the Forester (automatic) and Impreza (stick) so we could compare what was on each car and price. Ended up being about $2,000 dollar difference between the specific cars. We qualified for the 0% financing and got dealership discount for 2016 end of year closeout. We decided on the Forester since it was not that much more money, bigger car and we could leave with it that day. All three visit, phone calls and emails back and forth with the staff everyone was very friendly and we didn't feel pressure to make a decision on the spot. Really appreciated that before we drove car off the lot that Rex in delivery went over the functions of all the buttons on the car. More

As expected, the purchase experience was hassle free and we've had outstanding support since the purchase as well. I've never been in a dealership before where you're just as likely to meet the owner as you are to meet a salesman or a service rep. The Superstore is a first class operation in every respect. More

Consequently, I've had all my scheduled and periodic servicing done here too, willingly driving the 100+ miles as quality service is ensured.
