I've been dealing with this company for more than three years now, and have bought two new Subaru’s from Scott Jenkins. In every exchange, prices have been fairly negotiated, promises made have been honored, and all expectations have been met or exceeded. Consequently, I've had all my scheduled and periodic servicing done here too, willingly driving the 100+ miles as quality service is ensured. In our most recent purchase Scott started the ball rolling providing fair and open pricing, closed the deal, and made sure all customer expectations were met from the start. These extended to Antonio Gasak, who provided in depth orientation to our new vehicle, competently and patiently engaging all our questions and requests for clarification, and Brent Beck in financing, who laid out all our financing options, never trying to oversell us, always giving impartial advice, with respect to our needs his first consideration. The excellence of the dealership is further reflected in the quality of subsequent servicing provided. My interactions with Dulcie Pimentel, Mike Harris and Jerry Zack have all been characterized by their genuine interest in my servicing needs, and their commitment to meeting them. Nothing is over-promised, but all promises are honored and all expectations are met or exceeded, with Gil Watters always making sure that I leave the dealership satisfied with the work performed and information received. However, never having owned or driven a Subaru, I had my doubts. Went and drove other vehicles comparable to the Subaru FORESTER I-5 before I came to your dealership. I then experienced driving a FORESTER and I was "hooked" by it's "getup and go"; it's looks; it's safety; and by it's reputation(94% of Subarus purchased 10years ago are STILL on the road today!). Leased my SUBARU FORESTER and I just love it!! The dealership was excellent in every respect... and made my leasing experience painless with a monthly payment I could easily afford. My sales rep was just great... and I even received a call from the owner of the dealership a couple of days later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction! More

We worked with Fleet Manager Bouvier Brandon, Business Manager Brent Beck and Delivery Specialist Rex Neely. We haven't purchased a vehicle in 10 years and our past two cars were/are Honda. We had an excellent experience with Subaru, especially compared to our previous experiences elsewhere. This will be our first Subaru and so far we are absolutely satisfied. I took the vehicle back in to get a clear bra and paint seal applied and they offered me a loaner vehicle. Honda never did this. Everyone was friendly. The process was fairly quick and easy. It was late so Rex gave us a quick overview of the car but scheduled us to come back the next day to go over a more thorough review. Since cars are so much more technological, this is very important. In the past with other dealerships, this process was rushed and I did not feel that I was treated with as much enthusiasm as when I was shopping for the vehicle. Rex helped us pair our phones to the Bluetooth and we are scheduled for another class for a new vehicle orientation as well as to learn about the eyesight driver assist safety feature. I am all about education and opportunities for training so this is awesome that the dealership offers this every month to new car buyers. Historically, I have been a Honda advocate but after purchasing and driving a Subaru I have changed my mind. The things I consider are safety, longevity and price. We originally purchased this vehicle for my husband but I am definitely going to be driving it as often as I can. In the future, I plan to purchase a new vehicle for myself. More

We have had experiences with other dealerships for non-subaru cars in that same amount of time and none even come close to how great the Superstore is. They almost lost our business a few weeks ago when we had a run-in with a poorly educated and overly aggressive salesman. However we were then contacted back and they helped connect us to our new favorite salesman here, Scott. Scott was honest, knowledgeable, efficient, patient (we had our 2yr daughter with us) and helpful. Our deal was fairly straightforward and start to finish was only a few hours tops, and a lot of that was waiting on us to attend to our active toddler. He outlined all the options for us, and didn't beat around the bush. We appreciated his straight forwardness and this was about the quickest buying experience we have had yet anywhere. Brent in Finance was great. Efficient and explained exactly what needed to be explained. He was not pushy (though we know what we want and what we dont, so that makes things easier for us as well) and made the process very quick. Rex was the person in charge of teaching us about the car. He is so good, our toddler was able to figure out how to turn the car on and off (push button) after showing me one time. Rex was honest when we asked questions he did not know. This is something we highly value, because we are above average on our knowledge of subaru's. Honesty reigns supreme in our eyes. This is one issue we had with the first ill-fated interaction with salesman X. Rex was very easy to follow, and went at a perfect speed for learning new features and functions. He is very personable and I would feel 100% confident in his ability to teach even my older family members how to operate their new, tech heavy vehicle. Overall, Scott, Brent and Rex all take pride in their work and it shows in how they treat their customers. Its employees like them that have us returning to the Superstore time and again for all our vehicle and parts needs. It also helps that The Superstore has fantastic amenities (water, snacks and vending machines) along with a very nice waiting area and kids play room. We have not had another dealership (of any maker) in the valley come close to all that they provide. More

Awful to say, I know, my last car was the worst, and I did not want to go through another purchase process like the one I had already been through, again. After pulling up to the lot I was welcomed by Seton who gave me a tour around the lot. I was looking at WRX's. I was expecting him to be pushy like any other salesmen but he was kind, and thoughtful and very very knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and outs of the vehicle. After me being picky about a color, I finally decided about world rally blue. The process was straight forward and easy, and this time I didn't have to use the entire bottle of advil like my previous experiences at other dealerships. After coming inside and taking a seat I had a few minutes to relax with my bottled water (offered by Seton). It seemed to be a slower day because I got to meet a couple of the other amazing sales staff you have, including Justin, Wayne, Ron, and Charlie. I was offered a spot in a Subaru Club and even talked to about how much I am going to love my new car. It is nice to see such eager staff without them being overbearing. Pierre was the gentlemen who took care of my finances. He did a wonderful job making this process less stressful and as easy as possible as we are into the homestretch of this entire process. Last but definitely not least, I was give the insider details about my new wrx by the delivery specialist, Rex. He took the time to pair my phone, and even sync my contacts. It is the first time having all these updates in my car, from the touch screen, to the bluetooth. We had some trouble hooking up my Pandora to my iPhone but Antonio had the magic touch to put it together. But in all honesty, even with all the new tech and aside from everything... I could not stop staring at Rex himself. He is definitely the best looking one, on a scale from 1-10, he is an 11. Very professional, and gave me his card incase I had any questions. All in all, I wanted to thank you all so much for everything that all the staff has done for me today. Making me feel right at home. From the level of welcomeness I felt from this company I don't even feel like a customer anymore, but I feel like more of a guest. There is a genuine concern for all that walk through those front doors. More

Rex Neely was the Delivery Specialist that showed me all the features of my new Subaru, with demonstrated knowledge of the product and great delivery of that knowledge to the customer.
