Great experience I worked with Larry Jones. These two trips alone were atleast 3 hr drives for Larry to complete. I am well satisfied with how important I was to this dealership and how important I was to Larry. I was greeted and asked about what type of car I was looking at. Dan was very informative about the Subaru Crosstrek and gave me a ride in one of the lot vehicles. I told him I was looking for a specific color with "no frills". He immediately said a new shipment came in that day with the car I was looking for. He cleaned up the car which took about 10 minutes and showed me the car. I was impressed that I could get a car I really wanted without having to buy what was on the lot. Dan was very good at conversing about life in general before sharing about pricing and an attachment I wanted for the car. I felt he was very personable and did not pressure me. I bought the car that day and picked it up two days later. When I got to appointment on Saturday the car was ready, cleaned in in a garage. Dan demonstrated as well as share how to operate features in the car before I left the dealership. Very good sales approach and personable person! More

When searching for a vehicle for my 16-year old son, we left no stones unturned. Ironically, the first place we visited was the Subaru Superstore of Chandler. We test drove a couple vehicles, and liked a left no stones unturned. Ironically, the first place we visited was the Subaru Superstore of Chandler. We test drove a couple vehicles, and liked a used 2005 Nissan pickup, but since it was the first dealership on the first day of our search, I needed to see more options that fit our criteria. For a week we looked at approximately 50-vehicles between other dealerships, privately owned and various websites. During this time my sales person, a very kind elderly gentlemen by the name of Charlie Webb was keeping me posted on other vehicles that arrived on the lot, as well as the status of the 2005 Nissan pickup. Approximately 10-days passed since my first visit, and I wanted to take another look at the original pick up. After a little more negotiation, we had purchased the 2005 pickup for my son. He was thrilled, and I felt good about my purchase. After approximately 1-month, I had a major tire blow-out in the truck, which the dealerships service representative, Jerry Zack assisted me with finding a matching tire. Approximately 6-weeks later, one of the original tires on the vehicle began to separate, which was the same reason for the first blow-out. After speaking to my service representative, Jerry Zack and Owner/General Manager, Richard Cvijanovich the dealership purchased three (3) new tires for my sons truck, a total of over $500. Now that is standing behind the product you sell. For that I will be forever grateful and appreciative for what the Subaru Superstore of Chandler did for me an my sons truck...Thank you. More
