He seamlessly helped me find the car I was looking for and he never once pressured me to make the purchase. I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help me find something within my smaller budget. He explained pricing and ensured that I was clear on everything in front of me. This is my first Subaru, and I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and my experience. If there were more managers like Dave Griffin in the industry, women like me would not feel intimidated by the experience and the entire car sales industry would benefit. Everyone at Subaru were wonderful: John Barravecchio was incredibly patient often answering the same questions over and over. Joseph Nieves helped us understand the benefits of all the warranties and finances. Dustin Fleger minimized my fears of all the bells and whistles in the new Subaru. The safety features are amazing! There is an area to charge phones or plug in your laptop, comfortable chairs, and television screens. They also have a snack bar that is complimentary. Cookies, hot chocolate or coffee, water, etc... A very pleasant experience. More
