Next day went to the Subaru Superstore and met Tom Darby...completely different experience. Answered all of my questions about the car as well as some questions about the best fishing spots around the area. Took a relaxed test drive, did the numbers, bought the car....no pressure to buy at all. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and conscious of my time. Darby did an outstanding job of delivering the car, explaining in detail how everything works. Would recommend this dealership and particularly Tom Darby to anyone looking for a new car! More

Good dealer - great service Subaru’s are reliable, of course. But having a great service guy behind you is the topping on the cake. Jerry Zack has been my service guy for both of my cars. I said that a condition of buying the new one was that I kept Jerry. But everyone at the Superstore has been good to work with - including my sales guy, Morgan. I recommend this dealership. In this day & age, you shouldn’t have to say this but they are good working with women. (I’ve heard some stories about other companies.). I recommend the dealership highly. And I’ve continued to use their service even after my warranty was over - I know I’m getting excellent work at a fair price. More

Poor service completion times A scheduled service appointment for an simple oil change turned into a 3 hour fiasco. To top it all off I received notification two weeks afterwards from the service managerthat I needed to replace the air and cabin filters and yet another appointment., totally ridiculous! Best Service I Have Ever Received I have had previous experience with Subaru dealership servicing in Fresno and Oakland, California, and the service I received on 08/24/19 in Chandler I have had previous experience with Subaru dealership servicing in Fresno and Oakland, California, and the service I received on 08/24/19 in Chandler was impeccable compared to the other locations I visited. I was having issues releasing my key from the ignition when parked. The issue was resolved quickly within 2 hrs along with changing a recalled break light and a complimentary wash/clean interiorly and exteriorly. Jerry thoroughly explained the mechanism of the issue and took initiative to make a case about my warranty, since it was only very recently expired--around 6 months and 1000 miles over. I was estimating a huge cost to repairing my car, and being a current full-time student, I was not expecting my day to be made because I anticipated a bill I would pay with loan money haha. But this was not the case. Instead I had a resulting balance of $0. Day made for the week. More
Angela Mattix provides outstanding Customer Service I am a first time Subaru owner (2016 Forester purchased at Subaru Superstore). Angela has been my "primary" contact for service since my purchase, an I am a first time Subaru owner (2016 Forester purchased at Subaru Superstore). Angela has been my "primary" contact for service since my purchase, and all I can say is that she is tremendous when it comes to helping with the servicing of the vehicle. She excels at returning phone calls and keeping you updated on what is happening so that you can plan your day better. She is also very knowledgeable regarding what needs to be repaired or what to look out for so that your service can be more effective. For example, I had an intermittent issue start to show up. I contacted her and she knew exactly what it was and how I could manage it until I was able to take it in for service. She also helps you feel almost "part of the family" as she is able to remember who you are and the history of your vehicle when you call. This is very impressive given the number of vehicles she sees, but she is somehow able to remember you, which frankly is a nice touch. I feel with Angela that I am getting a very honest and fair service experience and that she helps me feel that I am getting the best value out of the service I am paying for, and I really appreciate that. Angela is a 5 star addition to a great service department! More
