WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE, CAME HOME IN A NEW CAR SATURDAY MORNING HAD AN APPT FOR 18000 MILE SERVICE ON MY IMPREZA. I have been working the with Superstore family company since 2009 and have never been disappointed. Their service is great, their atmosphere is great, and the comfort of the service experience and the sales experience is exceptional. This west side store carries all of those thing over from their sister store in Chandler. I was in a rush the day I bought it because I did not plan on buying a new car and had so much to get done before my trip the next morning. My car was ready, the manager Charles made quick work of getting my deal all sealed up, and Adrian Calzada took good, and quick care of me during the finance process. On a hectic, busy day, this store and its employees took my needs and wants into their concerns and made me feel comfortable and well attended to. There is no better place to buy a new Subaru than the Subaru Superstore family. More
