Our 2nd Forester What brought me to Subaru Superstore of Surprise was the Service Dept. Glen and Brandon along with team of mechanics worked diligently to figure out w What brought me to Subaru Superstore of Surprise was the Service Dept. When I finally agreed with my husband to consider another Forester, Michael introduced himself to us. It was a pleasure working with Micheal. He patiently dealt with our questions regarding repairing our 2012 Forester, purchasing a pre-owned verses a new Forester. After making decision to purchase new, he searched for the color we preferred so we wouldn't have to settle for a white one the dealership had on hand. If was actually fun working through the finances and various warranty and options packages with Shelby Lane.
