It was exactly what we wanted, so now the hard part - negotiating (don't we all dread this!). But it wasn't bad at all - they really listened and worked hard to get us to a place where we were able to get what we wanted at the price that we needed. Low pressure sales experience. Willing to work with us to find the vehicle we wanted. Also willing to work for the deak we wanted. Their intial offer was very competitive and close to what we were prepared t find the vehicle we wanted. Also willing to work for the deak we wanted. We countered their offer, they juggled some numbers, we bought the 2019 Forester at the price we wanted. Paperwork was as quick as could be expected and, once again, low/no pressure. We have used their service department since the store opened and we will now use their sales department as well since we find Subarus to be the best choice for us. Best car. Best dealer. More

Tremendous experience, no high pressure sales tactic where they race out to open your car door and offer you a water before steering you to a car that fits their profit motive. Surprise Subaru let us w where they race out to open your car door and offer you a water before steering you to a car that fits their profit motive. Surprise Subaru let us walk the lot and decide what interested us and then brought around the perfect car for us to test drive.
