What a change when we came to the Subaru Superstore in Surprise! We were welcomed by pleasant helpful staff with smiling faces, making us feel like they were genuinely happy to have us there. We worked initially with the GM Mark Mauer and then another sales person but both were no pressure and very helpful explaining all the information on the vehicles they offered. We eventually purchased a 2019 Ascent Touring model and could not be happier. Every aspect of the purchase from the initial meeting to the final paperwork and credit processing was no hassle and no pressure. This is what purchasing a car should be like but very rarely is.
