Wasn't planning on buying that day, just looking...3 hrs later, we're trading in my Hyundai for a Subaru! I've always wanted one of these vehicles,just never made the effort to sit and talk to them. It was well worth our time. The general manager camae and spoke to us more than once, the finance lady was great, and the next day I went to drop off stuff from my trade in, and a guy I didn't remember from purchase day, knew me ! And they saved stuff I had left in my trade-in for me. I'm a Subie owner for life! great experience More

NO Pressure, Honest, Great Pricing, Organized, Clean, Bright, Cheery, Efficient process. We did have to wait for the color and package combo we wanted. They did all they could to attain the best fit for us with a wonderful trade experience. The Mike Trio is fantastic! The receptionists are pleasant and kind. Our saleman, Alex, changed jobs and we were dissappointed, but Mike Scribner took over and closed the deal. The finance, checkout experience was great too. (Great NY guy who came over from Chandler store!) WE Love the new Crosstrek! Great AC, Gas Mileage and Handles wonderfully. LOVE the safety features. Met the owner and she was warm and welcoming! Have always loved Honda and Toyota... will definitely look more into Subaru in the future! Thanks again everyone for a fantastic buying experience! Will be back in the future. More
Very Pleasant Buying Experience After doing research and visiting Honda, Toyota and Kia dealerships, my husband and I went to this Subaru dealership and met sales agent Collette Apod After doing research and visiting Honda, Toyota and Kia dealerships, my husband and I went to this Subaru dealership and met sales agent Collette Apodaca. We were interested in a Crosstrek and she took us on the lot to look them over and take one for a drive. She was quickly able to answer many questions my husband had about the car. Collette knew the answers to all of his questions and clearly has been trained well by Subaru. We left with the car and traded in our 2015 Kia Soul. I had planned to sell our Kia privately but they made us an offer that was more than fair. More
Follow up to Dealership's response Actually, you didn't replace every part. If Subaru cannot replace things that are wrong 3 months after buying a car who knows what the extended warran Actually, you didn't replace every part. If Subaru cannot replace things that are wrong 3 months after buying a car who knows what the extended warranty would cover would purchase 3 years in. Running out of fuel is still an issue. You drove it ONE TIME and since it didn't happen on that one drive that everything is fine? Get all of our roadside reports, they will advise how many times they've had to come out and deliver fuel to us. We were told if a new sending unit could be "approved to install" that it would be put in for us to see if it fixed the issue.... Nope. Never got approved so we didn't get that installed. That blemish on the bumper was never taken care of (you said it couldn't be fixed), the scratch your service department left on the infotainment screen is still there (you said your guys buffed it the best they could).... why not put a new unit in for us? The infotainment screen is starting to glitch out with that white noise (black and white old school channel 2 looking stuff). The vehicle is now having shifting issues.... Its a 2018 Outback with 4,000 miles on it. It should NOT be having all these issues. For my inconvenience you filled the gas up? That's funny because when you told us our car was ready for pickup I asked if it was driven to test the fuel issue and you said no that the fuel hadn't been tested yet and that you would have someone fill it up and drive it for us. Thats why you filled the gas up, not for our inconvenience. Also, as far as a loaner vehicle.... thats a no brainer that a loaner vehicle would be given to us. You think that is exceptional customer service? That will explain why we are on different levels... you think filling our gas up for us and giving us a loaner vehicle while the tint gets redone 3 times and after having our vehicle for almost a week at a time fixing things left and right is exceptional customer service. Incredible! More

Courteous, friendly, professionals Our first experience with this dealership was for a recall on our 2013 Outback. From the initial phone call to Glenn in service through to the complet Our first experience with this dealership was for a recall on our 2013 Outback. From the initial phone call to Glenn in service through to the completion of the recall, everyone in the service department was great. While there Glenn introduced us to Travis in sales. Travis, who is extremely knowledgeable of Subaru's, spent a great deal of time showing us the features of new Outbacks and answering our many questions. We were considering a new vehicle at some point, probably a year down the road. We went back to see Travis a couple of weeks after the recall service to ask more questions and to do a test drive. We were planning to become a one vehicle family and wanted to see if we should rule the Outback in or out of contention. Well, after careful consideration, and a great buying experience, we drove our new 2018 Outback home that afternoon! To make our trade transition easier for us Travis rode with us to our home to pickup our trade thus saving us a trip back to the dealership (45 miles one-way). Service with a smile! Dusty was very informative during the financing process and made the process simple and enjoyable. Tina's training session relating to the many features of navigation, media, and security was excellent. We were looking for a great car and a great Dealership and we found both! More
