There have been a couple of kinks in the road but I am continually amazed by Subaru. My experience has been that they will bend over backwards to rectify any (all) problems. They even offered to come pic continually amazed by Subaru. My experience has been that they will bend over backwards to rectify any (all) problems. They even offered to come pick up my can and bring it back to fix a little oops. I didn't take them up on it but their willingness to do so was appreciated. I don't live close so it's a conscious decision to come back for service but I continue to do so because they really do go the extra mile! More

The oil change and tire rotation were perfect as always. They did not find anything concerning about the CVT or the way it 'shifts' even though it just doesn't feel right.
