Jeff communicated the issue with my oil plug and spoke with the Service Dept. Manager at the Conley Subaru in Bradenton, Florida (after I called them). I was told that the previous mechanic (oil change) t with the Service Dept. Manager at the Conley Subaru in Bradenton, Florida (after I called them). I was told that the previous mechanic (oil change) tightened the plug too tight. It was no surprise to the Manager at the Conley Service Dept. I guess it is common. Anyway, my concern was that I would have to pay for the repair/plug when clearly it was the other service mechanic that caused the problem. Inevitably, I had to pay for the new plug b/c it was too much trouble dealing with the other service department. Jeff gave me a discount to offset the cost- which I appreciate. I still feel something more should have been done to hold the other dealership accountable. The reason I feel that way is because if any other problems rise from their negligence, I will have to pay for it. I'm giving Jeff 4 stars because he was respectful, courteous, and he kept me in the loop. My only complaint is that it took a long time to resolve the problem and Conley Dealership service department was not held accountable by Subaru. More

This is a nice dealership. Richard and Jill were helpful when I thought my service was taking longer than expected.
