I never felt helped when I come to this place. I always feel ignored , intimidated, and neglected .They don’t address the issue I came for. Almost always I have to come back twice to fix one thing. They never fix it in one visit. This time I came because my high beam light and my front light wasn’t working. I waited almost three hours but when I got home I learned only my regular light was fixed the high beam was not working. I don’t like this place if I have a choice I will never ever step a foot in this place . 😡 More

We had an awesome experience buying our new car. Went to drive a new Crosstrek. Jody Vaughn was super helpful explaining the differences in the model trim packages. I feel like I might be cursed at this dealership. My oil change and free tire rotation turned into $138? They over inflated my tires, and the pressure was off by 15psa in one tire. And I had to pay for a new valve stem even though the tires are 100% hazard protected. The front seats were left discombobulated. For some reason the passenger seat was completely laid back and squashed into my back headrest... where my tennis racket was! And the passenger area was scratched up. Why does this just happen to me? No call from a manager since reporting this Saturday morning... The front end folks are energetic and friendly. I got asked how I was doing 3 times. But whatever is happening in the back is ridiculous. This isn't the first time... it's the 5th. No more for me. More
