Subaru of Gwinnett doesn’t make you feel like a customer, you feel like family. Everyone is extremely nice, from the receptionist, to Matthew my salesman, to Craig my loan adviser, to Shaun in services who r you feel like family. After calling the service center for 3 months regarding the fuel pump recall and losing thousands of dollars in business revenue from August 2021 - November 2021, I finally get my vehicle to the service ce the fuel pump recall and losing thousands of dollars in business revenue from August 2021 - November 2021, I finally get my vehicle to the service center. Although Richard is polite. My car was returned to me unwashed properly, not sanitized on the inside, my glove compartment was open, and no sticker on the windshield for when my next oil change is due. Got lied to, in my 1 and only experience with them. I was quoted $2000 to fix the sunroof on my 2011 outback. It was stuck open and the car isn't worth enough to warrant that kind of expense. I asked if was quoted $2000 to fix the sunroof on my 2011 outback. It was stuck open and the car isn't worth enough to warrant that kind of expense. I asked if it could just be closed instead of made to work and was told no. I found out today that there is a manual crank on the sunroof motor that allowed me to close the sunroof. I was blatantly lied to by the service department and will never visit there again. More
