Had an overall great experience buying my new Crosstrek here despite the crazy vehicle market and chip shortage. Robert Hynson was able to get me in a new car in around 2 weeks and was very upfront about w here despite the crazy vehicle market and chip shortage. Of course, the financing team always trys to convince you to get the crazy extended warranty, but I will say they were a lot less pushy than the last dealership I worked with. More

In general speaking, the service is OK. However when I pickup my car, the glove compartment didn't install back. It just leave on the front passenger seat, and the items which was inside the compartment f pickup my car, the glove compartment didn't install back. It just leave on the front passenger seat, and the items which was inside the compartment fall off on the floor. Thought it might be not a big deal, it bring my concerns of the service quality that my car is handled by careless staffs. More
