This dealership provides very good service. Unfortunately the 2018 Forester sucks due to a minimal (and I do mean MINIMAL) navigation system. Had appointment scheduled for service. Got there, pulled right into service bay, met by friendly and knowledgeable service advisor Richard McCoy. He directed me to the waiting area which was very clean. Had right into service bay, met by friendly and knowledgeable service advisor Richard McCoy. Within 20 minutes Richard then shared with me that the vehicle was completed, went over the details, completely answered my questions. This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership.
