I had good service, however i accidently leftmy Yeti cup and did not realize to after I left. I called the service agent . He told me he would mail it. I have never received it. Took nearly 2 hours for oil change and I was second car to arrive at 8am appointment time. Also there is paint missing from bug splatter on my hood and they argued with me about it.
