It's dealership expensive, but they give reasonable coupons sometimes for basic maintenance, and always do great work; the service and the service advisors have always been great to work with. coupons sometimes for basic maintenance, and always do great work; the service and the service advisors have always been great to work with. Gwinnett Subaru was extremely easy to work with and kept me informed about the status of my Crosstrek order. Jim Cox, the sales person, was terrific. The financing was easy to arrange and everyone connected me informed about the status of my Crosstrek order. Jim Cox, the sales person, was terrific. Sara Fernandez worked hard to provide as easy a sales process as possible. A vast majority of the negotiation was done via email, which was a tremendous timesaver. process as possible. A vast majority of the negotiation was done via email, which was a tremendous timesaver. More
The first time my car was at the dealership, it was returned to me with scratches to the newly painted body. On the second trip it took over a month to diagnose the problem with my car and to repair i returned to me with scratches to the newly painted body. On the second trip it took over a month to diagnose the problem with my car and to repair it, only to have the car returned to me the dirtiest it has ever been. The service manager tried to explain that all the cars are returned to the owners after being cleaned and inspected. I also had a problem where the battery died during the time it was at the dealership. The service manager explained he was from Florida where this was a routine issue. Again, this did nothing to alleviate my concerns or resolve the problem with the car being damaged in his shop and returned to me dirty. When the car was delivered to my house, I showed the delivery person the issues with the car being dirty and greasy and he took pictures to show Essa, the Service Rep. I spoke to Essa a day later and he said he spoke to the delivery person who said he had no pictures. I took some pictures and forwarded them to Essa. I did not appreciate being lied to about taking the pictures and addressing it with the Service Rep. More
Air Cond quit but there was recall on condenser coil. I was given a loaner car for 3 days it took to repair. No charge for repair or loaner. Wait time to pickup was a little long but dealership was crowded was given a loaner car for 3 days it took to repair. No charge for repair or loaner.
