I had a bad experience on our last visit. My car has 24.000 miles on it and I called to find out if there was an other paid for service aloud under my plan and I was told by one of the staff , who actu 24.000 miles on it and I called to find out if there was an other paid for service aloud under my plan and I was told by one of the staff , who actually looked up my records, yes you have a fourth visit left.My husband went to the appt for me and was told we do NOT have a paid for service left ones he got there.They did end up taking care of it after talking to me but they left me with a complete feeling of how is this possible in a small business where everybody should know the same rules, and I did not make this up. Completely against my principals to get something for free when it was not deserved. I was very dissapointed More
