I asked why the service engine light was on and Kyle told me that I need an oil change and I asked how long would it take. I was told one hour and 15 minutes, but it took 3 hours and 5 minutes! Kyle checked on me around one and a half hour of having my car. He told me that I need a couple of things done to my car. I declined service those things. He said no problem that my car was already on the rack and it would just take a few minutes to finish up. It did not take a few minutes. It took another hour and a half! I noticed after leaving the service center, the service light notice not even reset which was the reason I can in in the first place. I have called each service manager twice and have not received a return phone call. My expectation for service was not met. As previously mentioned, I was very disappointed. Overall, not a good experience at all. More
Took my car in for repair. Kyle was waiting for me with a loaner car. He's always courteous and respectful. Explained to me the purpose of my visit. Service advisor, Issa Kone was the most helpful, friendly and knowledgeable Service Advisor I have dealt with at any car dealership in my life and I am 67 years old!
