We have just purchased a used 2017 Forester. After about a week, we noticed that the battery was straining to start the car. Even thought it was just at closing time, Kody (our salesman) made sure we we're taken care of and grabbed us a loaner. Monday evening, we received a call from Juan in the service department telling me our car was ready. He explained everything that was done and made sure I had no questions. Best car buying experience ever! Jim has really gone above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with everything. I found a small scratch on my car after purchasing and he immediately scheduled a repair and above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with everything. He has been so accommodating and even drove out to me to bring the car back after it was fixed. And on top of all of this, Drew Gachelin accompanied Jim to return my car and provided a tutorial and answered any questions I had since I purchased the car. This is such a great idea since there is so much information involved in the purchase process and I definitely didn't remember all of the bells and whistles.
