Service Under Warranty I brought my car in because of a noise I was hearing that started around 50 mph and got louder as speed increased. The Service Department was able to diagnose the issue as two bad wheel bearings in my rear wheels and replaced them. This solved the issue and I am no longer hearing the noise. More

WHAT A MESS!! They could not get our tag paperwork .. On May 6, 19 we purchased a 2018 Forester and traded in our 2009. The office spelled our city (Franklin, NC) wrong so they mailed us the correction wh On May 6, 19 we purchased a 2018 Forester and traded in our 2009. The office spelled our city (Franklin, NC) wrong so they mailed us the correction which we mailed back. Then they got the amount wrong of the sale so they called and did a credit card for the difference. So the paperwork for reg. was mailed to NC DMV on 05/17/19 rec'd by NC DMV on 05/20/19. Almost 2 wks. later then it should have been. NC DMV told us that it takes 4 to 6 wks. to process. We rec'd a suspension later for our tag as the ins. was cancelled on the'09 and added to the '18. NC DMV has no idea we got a new Forester and assumed the tag was still on the '09 with no ins. This because NC DMV has only had the paperwork for the '18 2 wks. due to Gwinnett Suba. To boot the temp tag on the '18 will expire and we can not use the car. All this in two days. Gwinnett, Gary Sikes, said they can do no more and to stop calling and hung up on us. We where able, hopefully, to stop the suspended tag and fines involved by US calling NC DMV and having Gwinnett fax the sales paper work to them before they hung up on us!. They should have corrected the problem they caused., before all this happened. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN THEY ARE WORTHLESS!! P.S. I called Subaru U.S. corp. office and filed a "service request" for help. Their answer, they do not deal with DMV's. We are so …………. In addition to all this we received a letter from the credit union holding the loan on the newly purchased Forester. It states that if they do not receive the title in ten days our loan will be called in. What to do now? More
Nightmare April 2019 took vehicle in for 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance and replaced brakes and rotors. At that time was told imagine inspection was done. J April 2019 took vehicle in for 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance and replaced brakes and rotors. At that time was told imagine inspection was done. June 2019 vehicle broke down. After returning to the dealership the diagnosis vehicle had a slow oil leak and caused the malfunction of sensor. Total cost to repair $2300, again in the engine inspection was done. After picking the vehicle up broke down within 24 hours. The vehicle now sits again at Subaru of Gwinnett. More

A terrible buying experience Salesman was rude, arrogant, and texting the whole time we were together. When I offered to pay the full price of the car listed on the website with Salesman was rude, arrogant, and texting the whole time we were together. When I offered to pay the full price of the car listed on the website without any haggling, it devolved into a literal shouting match, with him wagging his finger in my face that "he could sell this car tomorrow for $1000 more" and that he didn't have to honor the listed price on the website. I asked him to repeat his comment so I could record him since it was illegal. After I nearly walked out, he finally agreed to honor the website price... after 10 minutes of brooding and twice calling me a liar to my face. The only reason I stayed was it was a good car I swallowed the Subaru "Love" marketing completely. They are just as corrupt and sleazy as any other car salesman.... there's no love for you here. Go in wary and protect your wallet. Absolutely the worst car buying experience of my 60 year life. Literally worst. I'm still angry a week later. I will NEVER visit this dealership again for any reason at all. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Repair of cooling system on 2006 Subaru Forester I was very impressed by the professionalism of this dealership. They quoted me a fair price initially, and when they had to adjust it due to the wear I was very impressed by the professionalism of this dealership. They still got me in quickly and took care of my service right away. Good communication throughout the time I was there and even enabled the on-board service reminders (which my sales person overlooked when I took delivery of the vehicle). Will definitely use again.
