In fact, everyone who works there drives a Subaru and won't hesitate on telling you their experiences with their cars. Elizabeth is not only a lovely person but a genuine, informative, and patient salesperson who was extremely accommodating and communicative. Also, the "nice finance lady" was a joy and a pleasure to speak with and walked me through each document, answering any questions I had. I know it sounds too good to be true from a car dealership, but good people actually do exist in this industry, I promise. They had a good selection of stock to pick from, with the ability to trade out cars with other dealerships if we couldn't find the exact car we were looking for. Luckily, we found the one and happily drove away in our new Outback that day. Driving all the way out to this dealership was worth it. It was clean, comfortable, and everyone there was very friendly. Plus they have refreshments! We felt like family as soon as we walked through the door. This dealership has top notch employees, who truly seem to love the brand. I had been looking at getting a subcompact/small suv and really though I visited Subaru of Gwinnett on 9/3/18 while looking to purchase a new vehicle. I had been looking at getting a subcompact/small suv and really thought the Crosstrek looked great. I was assisted by Liam Bennett at the dealership. He was very helpful and seemed to be really knowledgeable about Subaru’s. We looked at a few models on the lot and took a Crosstrek for a test drive. After driving one and having Liam explain all the features and safety packages, I decided I wanted to buy one. There was not one on site in the color/trim/addon package that I wanted. Liam looked and found what I wanted at another location and had the vehicle delivered to Subaru of Gwinnett within 2 days. This was my first experience with buying a new car and the staff was great. I had a very pleasant experience at this location and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Subaru. More
