If something was found or if was going to take longer than expected someone would always come and sit an speak with the customer. The Impreza i went there for was sold, and Matt suggested the Crosstrek. He gave me plenty of time to let me decide on what I really wanted. He even went out of his way to track me down and bring me a bottled water. I felt at home, and was treated great by all employees. You will not find a better dealership environment! More

She answered our questions and made sure the technicians checked out our issues with GPS. This was easily the best service experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Not only was Alyssa good at her job, she made us feel very comfortable. Also had a chance to chat with Adam (our sales rep) who we also appreciate. So far, Gwinnett Subaru gets an A+ from Bill and Leanne! More

Everyone who helped me from the Sales Manager on down were great! I wanted a new 2108 Wilderness Green Metallic Outback with Eyesight. But being the end of August, the 2018 models with those features were becoming more scarce. Even though they did not have that particular car on the lot, Jennifer and Elizabeth went to work.They found exactly what I wanted and had it there within 2 days. You couldn't have asked for a better team! More

I showed up on a busy Saturday with no appointment, and someone (Sara Angel) was immediately available to help me. Sara was very knowledgeable about my options and the dealership's inventory, and helped me find and test drive vehicles that matched by picky preferences. She was super patient with me and I didn't feel any pressure from her, which is very important to me. Everyone else I worked with at the dealership was very friendly, informative, and helpful, without making me feel pressured to buy a car. I ended up finding the perfect vehicle to buy, and of course, left my garage opener in my trade-in when I drove off. Sara called me right away to let me know, and she mailed it to me so I had it the very next business day. I will definitely go back there when I'm ready for my next vehicle. More

My car was ready faster than promised, clean and repairs were 50% less than expected. I have driven BMWs, Lexus, and Honda Accords. I could not be more pleased with my Subaru. Comfortable to drive, inexpensive to maintain and looks great. My lease is up in 6 months and I am planning to be with Subaru for many years to come. Subaru of Gwinnett really understands what customers want. They get it. More

Off to a really bad start The ink wasn't even dry on the paperwork when they informed us our brand new car had a defect. No exaggeration, we were sitting in the showroom smiling and happy about our purchase when we were told. I find it very, very difficult to believe they did not know about it as we made the deal. Talk about the air being let out of a balloon . While they have been really super about giving us a loner, my wife and I are just sick that our beautiful new car is being torn into already for a repair. Anyone who knows me knows I would have never, ever purchased this car in 1000 years until the defect was fixed. So, going through this, how can I refer them ? More
