My experience yesterday was more complicated. I had several not too helpful reaponses from women who answered your phones and didn't know answers, but those calls were followed by dealing with JEFF in your service dept. He encouraged me to being the car right in, had looked up my info before I got there, and met me in the lot. He assured me that he could manage the service in the limited time I had -- and he did so. He was positive and upbeat and really saved the day for me. He is also a wonderful asset to your company. More

Nelson was helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was considering and there was no pressure to purchase. After my other dealership experiences, I did decide to purchase a Forester and was even happier with the buying experience and how quick and efficient it was, even for a Saturday afternoon. I recommend this dealership for purchasing a car. More

This time I was in at 9:30 AM and was driving home in my NEW Subaru Forester in less than two (2), yes I said two hours. What an amazing dealership Subaru of Gwinnett is. Covered under warranty? I THINK NOT! I was told that I needed new brake pads and rotors on my 2018 STi which is my daily. I was told that it was covered under warranty, so I preceded to g I was told that I needed new brake pads and rotors on my 2018 STi which is my daily. I was told that it was covered under warranty, so I preceded to give the dealership my car and told that it would be finished in 2 hours. 2hrs roll by and was told that the brake pads were not in stock and would be 3 days to receive. So 2 days later I receive a phone call saying that I would not be covered under warranty out of the blue which came as a surprised to me. When asked why I only received a “we need the report from the field engineer” which as been almost a week. So tell me subaru of Gwinnett what was the reason that my brake pads were not covered? Also side note Issa Kone was a great advisor and gave me everything I needed to know and helped me to the last min so none of this is his fault. More
Great experience My wife and I came in when my car died over the last few weeks. I had wanted an Outback for a long time, and went straight to Subaru of Gwinnett. We s My wife and I came in when my car died over the last few weeks. I had wanted an Outback for a long time, and went straight to Subaru of Gwinnett. We stood around outside looking at Outbacks at our leisure for some time without a salesman flying out to us like a hawk, which was a welcome change from previous car buying experiences. After going inside, we met Matthew Buckles, who showed us a few used Outbacks. After a few private conversations, we decided to look for a new one, with very little price difference. Matt never pushed a new Outback on us at all. The paperwork took some amount of time due to the sheer amount of cars being sold on that day, but was overall a great experience. Thanks everyone! More
