Matt was very helpful and understanding of the situation, even helped explain my options for purchasing as well as answering the many questions I had about the Crosstrek features/trims. He was patient while I waited for things to finalize, and when I decided to move forward he had me in and out faster than I could have imagined; and this is my 4th time purchasing a car. They both went out of their way to help secure the best financing options and Charles got all of the paperwork done very efficiently! This is my first Subaru, but it certainly won't be my last.
