Isa was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend him as he made sure of what the service and additional equipment entailed. I would definitely recommend him as he made sure of what the service and additional equipment entailed. More
Like any periodically consistent interaction with a group of human beings, my experiences at Subaru vary by the given day. When you all opened the new service center, we could all hear a faint discordant mel of human beings, my experiences at Subaru vary by the given day. When you all opened the new service center, we could all hear a faint discordant melody played by a wil o wisp, or perhaps a troupe of leprechauns sent from some far off boardroom, who (in addition to singing poorly) were seemingly there to try and recoup the monies spent for such a place from the pockets of us Subarubians. That era of price gouging and overt pressuring to purchase un-necessary parts and/or services seems to have smoothed (but the vestiges remain with many of us). Btw, you forced me to write 15 words so now we ramble on together, lol. But fear not, the journey ends soon. Seriously, it did not feel good when the new service center was opened and every customer felt like they were being bludgeoned for more money- it’s a cool center, but we don’t NEED all that, do we? I hope the tire sensor machines do not replace actual human jobs (they seem to only occasionally be accurate; I think the readings on my tires have been wrong 3 of the 4 times I’ve been since those systems were implemented). Jeff is awesome, many of the staff are awesome. It’s the people that matter, not the machinery. More
