This dealership tried to rip me off after I've been going there for routine maintenance. I took their quote of "needed" services to another shop and guess what? Most of them were unwarranted. The people are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable and their facility is great, clean, with snacks and drinks provided. My only complaint is I purposely made a 1 o’clock appointment for a tire patch/flat their facility is great, clean, with snacks and drinks provided. I get it wasn’t patchable and we had to replace all 4 tires instead of just 1, I don’t get why it took so long. More

I’m so impressed with Issa with the service department at Subaru of Gwinnett. I always receive 5 star service and he makes feel as if he is only there to serve me.
