The $189 diagnosis fee just to analyze the car is absurdly high. The staff are engaging and actively listen while asking the correct questions. The car was returned to me washed but there was grease absurdly high. The staff are engaging and actively listen while asking the correct questions. Dealership is new and clean, but the service tech expertise is questionable. Bought a brand new Outback and a few days later the AC went out. Took it in and they kept the car for 3 days. Told me t expertise is questionable. Bought a brand new Outback and a few days later the AC went out. Took it in and they kept the car for 3 days. Told me that it was only low on Freon and they topped it off. (3 days to tell me that) A few days later it was out again. Took it to a different dealer and they found a leak within an hour and successfully repaired. More

Service check-in was quick and easy. The vehicle inspection phase was thorough, and NO "high-pressure" for services we did not need or desire. Very satisfied as a long-time patron of Subaru of Gwinnett.
