Good experience with the Sales Team. Service Dept. has not gone as well. The car was 3 weeks old and the AC stopped working. Took it in and they kept it for 3 days only to tell me tha Service Dept. has not gone as well. The car was 3 weeks old and the AC stopped working. Took it in and they kept it for 3 days only to tell me that it was just low on Freon. I was skeptical since it worked great for 3 weeks, but took there word for it. When I called to check on the car, it seemed like it was challenge to find someone that knew the status. I picked up the car and we left for Vacation. After two days the AC was out again. Took it to another dealership and they found a leak within an hour. I sent an email to our Service Advisor to share my disappointment and to ask a question on another topic, but I did not receive a response. More
