Originally from Burlington, North Carolina, I’ve always loved connecting with people — a passion that began when I traveled the country with True Majority, a grassroots organization founded by Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry’s. I’m grateful for my wonderful spouse, our two grown children, and our lovable bulldog who keeps life entertaining. My favorite part of Subaru of Gwinnett is the people — the sense of family, teamwork, and genuine care that make this place truly special.

I recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness from Subaru of Gwinnett, and it was another fantastic experience. I’ve worked with Matthew Buckles before, and once again he was outstanding. He made the process easy, answered my questions, and helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking for. The entire purchase was straightforward with no pressure, no unnecessary back-and-forth, and no nonsense during the paperwork. Susan in Finance was friendly, efficient, and made the paperwork process quick and stress-free. I also really appreciate Julie Adams taking the time to schedule my Love Encore appointment so I can learn all the features of my new Outback Wilderness. It’s a great example of the customer service that continues after you drive off the lot. To top it all off, the dealership even delivered my new Outback to me, making the entire experience incredibly convenient. Subaru of Gwinnett continues to provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle-free car buying experience! More
