Apparently this is a problem throughout your dealership, not just with these two individuals. Yesterday I received a call from your service manager asking me to return the call so that he can help resolve this issue. When I reached his voicemail I left a message - he has yet to call me back again. Today I tried to call Taylor S at the number that was given above and was told that there was no way to reach her by phone and I would have to contact her by email. I also emailed her but have not received any response. If this is your best, it is not working out well.
