I was met by the Service Department Tech, Jeff Bowman, explained what service I would receive and given an introductory tour of the new maintenance facility. All in all, the service, the tech and the facility all receive a 5-star rating. As a side note but not to be diminished, Jill Thurston met us at the entry and while waiting, checked to see if we needed anything. Great work Jill, Thank you. More

Had to have my car repaired for a few days, so they gave me a rental. No payment due to my warranty. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Love the new waiting room. I wish my experience had been good with this service department. I have been emailing with 2 different persons in the service department (kkirby, Ashley Booth) without success since February 24, when I department. I have been emailing with 2 different persons in the service department (kkirby, Ashley Booth) without success since February 24, when I had a service appointment which was supposed to be complementary due to an offer I received when I purchased the car on April 6, 2022. I had already received 1 complementary service without issue, but this time they refused to honor the offer. I have emailed with these employees 6 times with 0 response. More
I had easily the worst experience working with this service department that I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased more than one vehicle from this group and the sales department have always service department that I have ever had at a dealership. I have purchased more than one vehicle from this group and the sales department have always been spectacular. They set the bar very high for the rest of the team. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for my recent experience in service. I took my car in to get a quick repair done that I have made an appointment for 2 weeks in advance. Upon arrival the Service Manager who took my vehicle indicated that he would reach out to me to discuss the cost of the work later in the day. Not only did he not reach out to me later that day, I did not hear from him AT ALL until 2 weeks later. I began calling to get any kind of update within a couple days. I called his line directly multiple times a day and left voicemails. I called the service department main number and asked for updates getting nowhere. I asked to speak with his manager and ended up leaving a voicemail that was never returned. I sent an email to the head of the service department and got no response. Eventually, after 2 weeks and endless calls, I finally got a return phone call only to be informed that not only was my car not done, they hadn't even started. I picked my car up the next day. I am not going to pay for a service somewhere that can't manage to have the decency to communicate with their customers at all. This experience is primarily on that particular Service Manager and I hope a not widespread occurrence. More
