Phil Porter, in order to serve the people of Jacksonville and surrounding communities including Orange Park, Middleburg and St Augustine. Mark went over the top for me on my car purchase. He knew everything on the car the latest specs to the car, I did my research but apparently I missed a few things after getting taught by Mark.
