Tony walked us through the many technology features, helped us with settings, and offered to help us with anything else we had questions about, providing both excellent customer service and knowledge of all the features of the car. Ovi gave us a thorough understanding of the warranty options and helped us complete the financial transactions. The dealership itself is beautifully designed and very comfortable. I originally struck a deal with them for a 2014 Subaru Forrester with only 8000 miles on it. Upon delivery and me making the final payments, they tried to sell me on the noise coming from underneath the h Forrester with only 8000 miles on it. Upon delivery and me making the final payments, they tried to sell me on the noise coming from underneath the hood being normal so I told them to take three similar cars that were newer with over 100,000 miles and start them up because if it was normal, I should hear it on those also. Of course, none of the cars had that noise. I was about to walk out on the deal and have the money refunded when they pivoted to a newer car with more miles on it, which it turns out we liked a lot more than the other car anyway while finalizing this deal I get a phone call from the salesman asking if we had the keys still on us (we were at home already). I came in the next day to make my final payment and signed the remainder of the paperwork when they told me they only remembered they’re being one key. I reminded them that not only did the finance person give me a set and tell me that it was a spare, but if there was only one key you wouldn’t be calling me up asking me if I had it. My salesman also made it very clear that he would really appreciate it if I could finalize the documentation and payment because he really needed to get paid and use that money from a completed deal. Now on the positive side, I will say that I’ve never been to a car dealership before where they were as transparent as they were at this one. I could look past everything that I mentioned previously because this in itself is worth its weight in gold. They showed me for both vehicles, all of the maintenance and inspection report from when the car was brought in. This is something that no car dealership would ever do which definitely got my respect and made me more apt to want to help the salesman out and get this deal finalized. All in all the cars is in great shape. They got me in a 2017 Subaru outback with 75,000 miles but in great condition if it wasn’t for the fact that I just bought a 2025 Nissan rogue I would probably be buying a Subaru with them also. More

It was such a pleasure to work with him He is very knowledgeable just has a very calm and pleasant way about him answered any questions that we had and you can tell all he wanted to do was to make us happy. We felt like we made a friend. Jimmy is a big asset to your dealership as is Mini and our Business Manager, Mark Ogden. Mark was impeccable in the presentation of all documents we had to sign plus Subaru Warrant and Prepaid Maintenance Contracts Very pleasant experience. More
