When it was time to upgrade to a new forester, I went to Subaru Jacksonville as I had a poor experience at another dealership in town. Dave was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He worked hard to get me the best deal for my trade in and new purchase. He even added some extras that I requested. The entire process was smooth. Dave kept me updated throughout the waiting period for my car to arrive. When it did arrive, Dave made sure everything was ready and set up for me. The deal we agreed on was genuine, and I executed my purchase and walked out with my new car in less than 2 hours. Dave followed up with a call and a hand-written thank you card.
